Camucana AR is an augmented reality application designed to promote awareness of corruption in educational institutions, with a target audience of students. By leveraging the immersive technology of AR, the application creates an engaging and interactive learning experience, allowing students to interact with corruption-related information in their environment. The goal of the project is to inspire students to take action against corruption and work towards a fairer society.

The application uses image tracking technology to activate specific AR elements in specific geographical locations within an institution. Students can move around these locations while listening or reading a story, learning about the consequences of corruption versus ideal action. The stories are based on real-life alleged events, providing a realistic and relatable perspective on corruption.

To further engage users, AR-sensitive marker printouts are placed throughout the institution, each containing a specific story for study in the location where the print is scanned. Additionally, take-home tokens are available for interested persons to share the stories with friends and family.

Overall, Camucana AR aims to push the boundaries of extended reality technology in the fight against corruption, inspiring the next generation of leaders to take a stand against this pervasive issue in society.
