Roselyn is a lawyer, grantmaking strategist, published researcher, and independent facilitator based in Nairobi, Kenya. Over more than a decade, she has worked at the intersections of cross-regional grantmaking, Organizational development and governance, philanthropic advocacy and movement support across the social justice and public interest technology sectors, through roles at UHAI EASHRI, Mozilla Foundation, and the Global Philanthropy Project. She describes her expertise as that of a strategic generalist, spanning strategy and programme design and implementation, participatory MEL framework design, and cross-team coordination across complex, multi-country programs.
As a facilitator, Roselyn has designed and led convenings for a range of social justice and AI accountability networks and organizations, and brings a deep commitment to participatory approaches in spaces working toward justice and equity. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Global Network for Digital Resilience, and has previously served on the advisory board of None on Record.
